Production Machining

We undertake small to medium volume production machining in most materials. Typical batches are between 10-500 off although we can handle much higher volumes depending on component size and complexity.

Turnaround: We aim to offer a fast turn around, even at short notice. As a small dynamic operation with planned redundant capacity we have the flexibility to begin production on most orders quickly. For none urgent orders we can schedule capacity as required up to a month in advance. Whatever your production requirements we aim to deliver on time, every time.

Materials: We work with all standard materials, mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium plus exotics and specialist alloys. We are happy to work with free issue material as well as carry out second/third operations on larger components.

Finishing: Full finishing can be undertaken on behalf of the customer including electroplating, chemical conversions, polishing, blasting, passivating and painting. We use only tried and trusted companies in the local area although we are happy to work with customer specified sub-contractors.

Packaging: We work with all types of customer supplied trays and bins and can provide other packaging such as tissue paper, bubble wrap, or custom crating, if required. Specialist kitting can be undertaken including arrangement of customer supplied components in bags or foam.

Delivery: We offer delivery within a 10 mile radius of Slough with delivery further afield subject to commercial agreement. Most jobs are delivered in bins or trays with pallet building where required straight to the customers premises. We are also happy to accommodate line side delivery and specialist production systems such as Just In Time and KanBan if required.
