Founded in 1990 and employing six staff, Venture Precision undertakes CNC machining services to the highest quality standards serving clients across a wide range of markets including the automotive, locomotive, surface treatment, food and furnace manufacturing markets.

Our facilities include modern CNC machine centers all of which is less than 2 years old, as well as a full compliment of conventional machines for milling, turning and grinding etc. We specialise in one off and small batch production for milled components up to 26"x14"x18" and turned components up to 12"Ø and 23" between centers although for special jobs larger capacities can be handled.

Quality is of critical importance to our operation. We operate a quality management system which is audited on a monthly basis that covers:

• Processing of enquiries & orders
• Design & development
• Purchasing
• Production & service provision
• Monitoring & measurement
• Control of non-conforming product
• Improvements, corrective & preventive action

This approach to quality allows us to undertake work for quality critical markets such as the aircraft, automotive and locomotive sectors as well as ensuring jobs are produced on time and too budget.

We aim for a short turn around on quotations and are able to start production on contracts at short notice. This is especially useful for customers that require emergency repair work on worn or broken machine parts etc.

As part of our one-stop shop approach we can arrange for all finishing, assembly and packaging on behalf of our customers saving them valuable time.
